About Construction Solution Services (Pty) LTD

Construction Solution Services is a contractual boutique consulting agency based in Cape Town. We consult with contractors, sub-contractors and homeowners, as well as larger construction companies. Our aim is to mitigate and manage the risks involved when it comes to the legal intricacies of the construction industry. Even before contracts are drawn up and negotiations have commenced, it is vital that all legal parameters be smoothed out and understood – that is where CSS comes in. However, we do consult, very often, at the time of an issue, and have had great success remedying what often seems like an impossible situation.
