About Constructive Ingenuity

Constructive Ingenuity provides complete facility life cycle support services from land development and facility upgrades to property redevelopment. We provide Owner Representative Services for the industrial and commercial markets. These services include pre-purchase services, expansion/new construction design and planning, pre-construction services, construction management, and existing facility support. We also partner with a wide network of experts to deliver a solid performance, an efficient cost containment strategy, and a desired outcome to all stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project. Acting as an extension of their clients' in-house staff, the project managers support their clients in defining the nature and scope of their project, assembling the most appropriate team to design and deliver it, as well as maintaining full control of scope, cost, schedule, and quality throughout its implementation. The Constructive Ingenuity team takes the time to learn about the operation and objectives of each client's proposed capital investment, and then guides the project's evolution throughout all phases of project delivery. The Constructive Ingenuity approach encompasses LEED concepts, Lean Six Sigma analysis, financial and budget controls, timely tracking and reporting, and project team coordination.
