About ContactsFlow™ (formerly Shared Contacts for Gmail™)

ContactsFlow™ empowers Google Workspace users (formerly G Suite), as well as Gmail and Android/iOS users, to seamlessly create, manage, and access shared team address books. With ContactsFlow™, you can create and manage Contact Distribution Lists (contact labels), organize them efficiently, and share them using granular permissions — just like you would with a Google Drive folder or document: • View only • Edit • Delete • Re-share • Transfer ownership Whether you’re composing an email, reviewing your inbox, browsing Google Contacts, or using your mobile contacts app, you can instantly access, update, or add shared contacts in just one click. Adding new contacts is just as seamless. You can: • Scan a business card and instantly convert it into a structured contact • Record a voice note, and let AI automatically generate the complete contact card Unlike traditional contact-sharing solutions, ContactsFlow™ integrates shared contacts directly into your Google ecosystem, powered by AI. When sending or receiving emails, you can instantly view relevant contact information, similar to a CRM experience, including: • Email, phone number, company, and job title • Internal notes • Previous interactions Built natively for Gmail and Google Workspace, ContactsFlow™ enhances your existing tools without requiring a third-party platform. It solves a critical gap within Google Workspace: the ability to share contacts and contact groups as easily as documents. By centralizing and synchronizing contact data across your organization, ContactsFlow™ improves collaboration, eliminates manual data entry, and significantly boosts team productivity.
