About Contagious Culture Conference
Contagious Culture Conference is a two-day national convening for nonprofit leaders who are building mission-driven organizations without corporate safety nets and are ready to move from survival to sustainability. Hosted in Charlotte, North Carolina, the conference brings together nonprofit founders, executive directors, board members, funders, and ecosystem partners navigating the real pressures of leadership: fundraising fatigue, unclear systems, board dynamics, staff burnout, and the challenge of scaling without losing mission. This is not a motivational event. It is a capacity-building experience. Through keynotes, curated tracks, facilitated breakouts, and hands-on labs, attendees gain practical tools and clear frameworks they can apply immediately. The conference features two tracks: Bootstrapped Builders, for early-stage and grassroots leaders building systems and fundraising confidence, and Proven but Pressured, for leaders navigating growth, complexity, and leadership strain. Core focus areas include sustainable fundraising, leadership development, systems that scale people (not pressure), effective boards, and ethical uses of AI to increase capacity while keeping people at the center. Beyond content, the experience is intentionally designed to foster belonging, reflection, and meaningful connection. Attendees leave grounded, supported, and clear on their next steps, not just inspired. At its core, the Contagious Culture Conference strengthens the nonprofit ecosystem by investing in the people who power it. When leaders are supported, culture becomes contagious and impact becomes sustainable.
