About Contented Cow Partners

Contented Cow Partners is the team of Bill Catlette and Richard Hadden, the authors of the critically acclaimed bestselling “Contented Cows” business book series. We work with organizations worldwide, by speaking at conventions, conferences, and other meetings of corporations, professional associations, and other organizations; delivering leadership training; conducting employee and customer satisfaction surveys; and providing executive coaching. Our mission is to improve organizations’ performance through having a focused, fired-up, and capably led workforce. Our work was among the first to establish a clear connection between an organization’s people practices and its profit performance.

Founded in 1996 by Bill Catlette and Richard Hadden.
