About ContourMTN, LLC

ContourMTN is a full-service planning, permitting, design, and construction oversight firm specializing in alpine resorts, mountain communities, and outdoor recreational amenities. While ContourMTN is a newer firm, its foundation is built on over 75 years of combined real-world experience—spanning more than 50 resort, residential, and land planning projects across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. We partner with developers, landowners, municipalities, and private investors to bring thoughtful, enduring projects to life—from early feasibility and entitlement strategy to full-scale implementation. Our work is shaped by place, grounded in collaboration, and guided by a shared commitment to performance, stewardship, and guest‑oriented design.
