Founded in 2017 and based in London, Control Now is a fintech company specialising in transaction reporting solutions for banks, brokers, and asset managers. Our mission is to empower clients by providing transparency and control over their data, making transaction reporting more efficient, accurate, and complete. This simplifies the reporting process by removing unnecessary steps, reduces risk and increases confidence through automation and audit trails, resulting in significant resource and cost savings. Our tools help firms manage compliance risk effectively in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Our intuitive applications seamlessly integrate real-time regulatory changes, supported by dedicated client relationship managers when needed. Control Now's co-founders and team bring over 20 years of relevant industry experience to the table and this knowledge is embedded in our software. Control Now has processed over half a billion records through our modular, integrated suite of assurance, accuracy, quality, and reporting tools. We currently serve over 30 high-quality clients, including banks, brokers, and asset managers. Our proprietary Control Box platform powers our products for MiFIR, EMIR, ASIC, IIROC, and MAS.
