About Converge Consulting, LLC

Converge is a values-based consulting firm that supports community organizations, non-profits, philanthropic institutions, and government entities. We partner with communities to increase self-efficacy, power, and justice. Our team has the knowledge, skills and commitment to co-create and implement strategies that improve lives and change systems. We recognize the interconnectedness of the institutions, systems, and sectors that affect people's lives. We deploy expertise and cultivate partnerships that strategically connect philanthropy, non-profits and the public sectors to advance our purpose to create a radically just new world. In response to the growing demand for equity, we launched Converge College as a unique solution to equip companies and their external advisors with a system to implement and embed equitable practices and policies within their work.
