About Cookson's Consultancy (Independent Roofing Consultant)

We are completely independent roofing consultants. Unlike other roofing consultants, we are not attached to any roofing contractors or roofing material manufacturers. This means that our proposals are always completely impartial, and our advice is given without any commercial gain. We pride ourselves in staying at the forefront of the industry when it comes to new waterproofing material innovations and industry legislation so that our recommendations are right for your roof and in line with current standards. Our 27 years in the roofing industry have allowed us to forge trusted relationships with the most reputable material manufacturers and roofing contractors, meaning we are confident that when we specify products and recommend contractors, the finished roof will stand the test of time and give our clients peace of mind.
