About Cool Roof France

As the European leader in cool roofing, Cool Roof France designs, manufactures, and applies innovative, eco-responsible thermo-reflective coverings made in France. Since 2015, we have been helping businesses, local authorities, and manufacturers in France, Europe, and Africa to decarbonize and adapt their buildings in the face of climate change. Over 1 million m² have already been treated in the commercial, industrial, retail, and public sectors. Our solutions have multiple impacts: 🔹 Reduce indoor temperatures by up to -8°C 🔹 Reduce air conditioning costs by up to 40% 🔹 Reduce energy consumption by 20 kWh/m², or ~€5/m²/year 🔹 Reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 36 kg/m². 🔹 Extend the roof lifespan from 8 to 12 years 🔹 Improve the efficiency of HVAC systems 🔹 Optimize photovoltaic energy production. Our solutions' results are quantifiable and certified by trusted third parties, guaranteeing reportability on ESG dimensions. Each project benefits from personalised technical support: 🔸 Preliminary impact studies by our design office 🔸 Technical visits to the buildings 🔸 Instrumentation and feedback via the IoT platform 🔸 Quality control by our regional technical managers 🔸 Maintenance contracts to preserve coating performance over time. 🏅Our impact is recognised: French Tech 2030, Climate Dividend, Future Impact Unicorn, Médaille d'or Innovation Responsable à la Nuit de l'Immo, B Corp, 17 ODD - ONU France.
