About CooperWynn Real Estate

CooperWynn Real Estate is a boutique Real Estate company nestled in the quaint and often bustling town of Park City, UT. We specialize in buyside residential transactions in Park City and the Salt Lake Valley, and this unique hybrid of services provides intensive business skill sets with a good fun & friendly neighbor feel. We strive to do business just a little bit differently; epitomizing the wonderful town we live in daily. Small, playful, community driven, engaging... authentic. Named after the two kids that keep us real each day; we love to work hard and play hard and at the end of the day our work is to promote the goodness of this amazing town and to show others how great it can be to call it home. We enjoy what we do daily and we hope to keep making fun of Real Estate here in Utah for years to come.
