About Copardo Studio

Copardo Studio is a Europe-based footwear and leather goods studio helping fashion and lifestyle brands thoughtfully expand into shoes and accessories. We work with founder-led and independent brands that are strong in ready-to-wear but do not have in-house footwear expertise. Acting as an on-the-ground partner in Europe, we support brands across the full process — from early concept and category strategy through design, development, and production. Our model is intentionally flexible. Brands can work with us to: Launch small, low-risk footwear or accessories capsules Adapt existing designs for fast-track market entry Develop fully bespoke collections from scratch Manage European sourcing and manufacturing without building an internal team At Copardo Studio, we position ourselves as category expansion partners, allowing brands to test and grow new product categories in a considered, commercially sound way. Our team is made up of senior designers and product developers specialized in shoes and leather accessories, with experience working for and alongside leading luxury and premium fashion houses. We collaborate closely with trusted manufacturers in Italy and Portugal and bring a deep understanding of both creative and production realities.
