About Corby Group PTY LTD

At Corby Group, we buy and improve properties in Geelong and Melbourne. Our goal is simple: to create value — for homeowners, investors, and the local community. We handle every project with care, clear planning, and fairness. Founded by Charles Corby, a Geelong local with a lifelong connection to property, Corby Group brings experience and energy to each project. Charles has a strong track record in property investments, townhouse developments, and flips. He works with trusted mentors and skilled tradespeople to make sure every project reaches its full potential.
