About CORDAX

CORDAX is the intelligent design engine transforming the unit economics of commercial and residential development. We are moving the industry beyond the limitations of manual drafting and static 2D coordination. By leveraging proprietary automation to convert architectural intent into build-ready MEP systems in minutes, CORDAX eliminates the "coordination gap" that traditionally haunts commercial project schedules. Our platform creates a continuous digital thread—from PDF ingestion to high-fidelity 3D models and automated take-offs—aligned with real-world installation standards. We aren't just reducing rework; we are providing the computational infrastructure that allows developers and contractors to scale their portfolios without being throttled by engineering bottlenecks. With CORDAX, the future of the built environment is autonomous, clash-free, and hyper-efficient.
