We are a firm of chartered accountants based in Newmarket, Auckland but serve the whole of New Zealand. We are dedicated to helping our clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses. Right from the time when they are starting their own business or wantnig to buy one, we'll setup their companies, do due diligence, and value the business they want to buy and help them negotiate a price. When they start to grow (or are growing already), we'll get their financial system & reporting setup and running seamlessly so they have a real-time view of where their business is headed! Finally when they are planning to exit the business, we'll value their business and give them time and a plan to maximize its value before the business goes on the market. We'll prepare their due diligence files so their buyers feel that our client is ready to deal! And all through the time, we'll do their with their GST, FBT, PAYE and tax returns and help protect their personal / family assets from the vagaries in business via family trusts!
