About Core Strateji

We challenge corporations to redesign their core model and build new profitable businesses like startups, together. Most companies believe innovation is a part of their DNA, but in reality, virtually all large organizations, given their size and structure, are naturally hindering innovation. True innovation takes a concerted and sustained effort to eliminate obstacles and change culture. Innovation is not a HR program; it is a new mindset and approach that must permeate throughout an organization. We can help you build that. Core Strateji is a consulting firm that specializes in innovation management, helping leading companies develop engaging new businesses while accelerating innovation through collaboration between startups and corporations.
