CORE Behavioral Health, Treatment & Recovery Services is a nonprofit, integrated behavioral health organization dedicated to creating healthier communities across Wisconsin. We provide comprehensive, person-centered care for mental health and substance use disorders through a full continuum of services—from outpatient counseling to medically monitored residential treatment. Our approach combines clinical excellence with compassion, delivering evidence-based care that supports long-term recovery and overall well-being.
