About Cornerstone Engagement CIC

Cornerstone Engagement is a youth empowerment organisation dedicated to transforming the futures of disadvantaged children, young people, and families. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive. By offering equitable access to culturally sensitive, holistic support, we help them overcome challenges, build confidence, and fulfil their potential. Working alongside young people and their communities, we amplify their voices and support their journeys toward brighter futures. Our Mission We empower young people and families through culturally sensitive, holistic support that promotes mental health, educational success, and improved employment prospects. By offering aspirational opportunities and amplifying their voices, we help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Our Vision A society where every child has access to the resources and opportunities, they need to feel safe, thrive, and reach their full potential. Our Approach Our services, rooted in cultural sensitivity and aspiration, include mentorship, coaching, counselling, education, experiential learning, advocacy, and work experience opportunities. By tailoring our services to meet the diverse needs of communities, we empower young people to build confidence, pursue their goals, and succeed. Our Focus We focus on strengthening families, enhancing well-being, reducing violence, and promoting economic stability. Through targeted interventions at individual, community, and systemic levels, we aim to address inequality and social exclusion, to ensure that every young person has the chance to thrive. Join us in creating lasting change for young people. Together, we can build a future where every child, regardless of background, can thrive.
