About Coronation Property

Australian owned and operated, Coronation Property brings a fresh perspective to the creation of urban precincts across Sydney – combining deep local knowledge with decades of development experience. At Coronation Property, we’re proud to be Sydney locals. Inspired by our connection to this incredible, many-faceted city, we work to create vibrant urban precincts where people can thrive. For us, it’s not just about the buildings we develop; it’s about the lives we enrich – and the legacy we leave behind. Our pursuit of excellence may be relentless, but it drives us to be bold, to challenge convention, and to find new ways to impress and delight. We know there’s a lot more to Sydney than the central suburbs; people are living, dreaming and creating in every part of this city. We believe everyone can appreciate and benefit from great design, beautiful quality, and a sense of connection – so that’s what we strive for on every development we deliver. The beauty of working with Coronation is that, as a fully integrated developer, we control every part of the development process, from initial design to construction and building management. Together with our incredible team of professionals, we make sure that the product we deliver is of exceptional quality, and that the process runs smoothly.
