About Coscienza in Movimento

I deeply feel the value and power of embodied disciplines and their rich contribution to the fields of well being, mental health and social activism for a more equitable society, a more sustainable way of relating with oneself, with each other and with the environment. In my practice I strive to offer the best support I can from a trauma informed, culturally humble and non violent perspective. After a first degree in humanities and languages, I have worked for ten years in corporate contexts both in Italy and abroad. Thanks to these experiences I have matured a variety and openness of perspectives that has brought me to reorient my professional development in the therapeutic field. I hold a Master Degree in Dance Movement Therapy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and several trainings in embodied approaches to movement and wellbeing. I am a registered DMT both in Spain and Italy (APID n°556 / ADMTE), I teach Yoga (Hata, Yin, Therapeutic and Restorative), Corporeal Awareness, and I practice Authentic Movement.
