About Cosmic Pulse

We believe the answer to modern burnout and disconnection isn't in the mind. It's in the rhythm. The Cosmic Pulse was not born in a boardroom; it was born from a vibrant community heartbeat right here in Boise, Idaho. What started as a small gathering of four people with drums grew organically into a movement of hundreds, all seeking a space to release, connect, and feel truly alive. This community is our R&D lab and our soul. It's where we proved and refined the powerful, science-backed methodology we now call Neuro-Rhythmic Entrainment™ (NRE). NRE is a facilitated, somatic process that uses rhythm to speak directly to the nervous system, creating profound shifts in how we feel and function. Today, we offer this work through two distinct but connected paths: For Our Community: We continue to host our vibrant, in-person drum circles and somatic classes—the energetic heart of our brand. This is a space for individual expression, healing, and connection. For Organizations: We've adapted our proven methodology into powerful on-site workshops for mission-driven teams. We help organizations in Healthcare, Non-Profits, and other high-pressure fields combat burnout, build deep team coherence, and foster true psychological safety. Whether you are an individual seeking to find your pulse or a leader ready to restore your team's, our mission is the same: to provide a powerful, authentic, and effective path back to connection.
