About cosnova GmbH

We believe in change! Are you ready? Change has been part of our DNA from the beginning. We believe in change before we need to change. Being always in touch with the latest trends, we revolutionized the cosmetic market by offering unique products at an excellent price-performance-ratio. As we continue to grow, we constantly adapt and evolve, having the courage to try out new ways. Within a few years we have grown from a start-up to a successful family business with offices and people in Germany, USA, Italy, Brazil and France. We are independent and not bound to anyone, so we can go our own way – the cosnova way. Every individual counts: This success story has been written by our 650 employees worldwide with their passion and qualified skillset. They are the foundation for the next successful chapters of the cosnova history. Therefore we invest in employee growth giving them the opportunity to develop and grow. Here, we want you to think and behave like an entrepreneur, be the owner of your own tasks and integrate risk-taking and innovative approaches. Within our open and trusting culture we promote and demand ensuring a good balance of your career and your private life. Whether you are a creative mind, a passionate numbers person or a tech expert we offer a wide range of areas in which you can contribute your strengths and develop your talents.
