COSWIL Consult Limited (CCL) is a registered private company, incorporated in Tanzania under the Companies Ordinance Cap. 112 as a Limited Liability Company. Directors of the firm are fully registered Land Economy/Valuation surveyors under the National Council of Professional Surveyors (NCPS) of Tanzania. The company directors have experience of more than 18 years in the valuation field and had previously handled a lot of valuation consultancy jobs for various purposes all over the country. Company staffs comprise of qualified professional Valuers, Estate Managers, Land surveyor, Accountants, Civil Engineer and a lawyer. Most of staffs have been in the profession for more than 10 years, and had drawn work experience from both public and private sectors.
