About Couch Potatoes Furniture & Mattress Stores

We want to be known for Loving People & Bringing Comfort. That’s it. We’re keeping the nation and most importantly, our community in Austin comfy with handmade, custom furniture for every room of the home. We are innovative and bringing you to the couch factory, that’s right we are known for being the first in the states to have a factory inside the retail experience. See furniture being made before your eyes. We not only own the factory, we are the factory. Offering trend setting, fast to market designs. No middleman, best value for your buck shopping. We were that local bootstrapped company that started in a garage restoring couches and selling them on Craigslist. Fast forward 15 years and we’ve built a fully developed factory (we build the couches from the feet up right in our Austin Factory). Our product is known to be People, Pet and Party friendly. After all we are Couch Potatoes :) Stop in or chat online with us, we’d love to get to know you and earn your business.
