About Council 1869, Inc.

Through our personal dedication and extended networks, we are committed to providing equity and opportunity to families living in poverty - families facing education barriers and social isolation; families facing food, housing, and health insecurity; families who never hear the word opportunity. Because we know that poverty is truly a lack of opportunity. We believe philanthropy is critical in supporting the renewal and regeneration of a community. Through trusted relationships with local non-profits, our donors are confident that they are making smart and high impact gifts through Council 1869.
