About Counseling by Rishika

Counseling by Rishika is a research-driven college counseling and academic mentorship firm dedicated to helping ambitious high school students build compelling, high-impact pathways to top universities. Founded in 2024, we specialize in 1:1 college advising, faculty-mentored research placement, and long-term academic strategy, with a focus on depth and specialization in an academic field. Our counseling model integrates research development, publication-level writing, and competition preparation directly into the college admissions process. Since June 2024, our team of Ivy+ consultants has worked with 60+ students, supporting 15+ research publications and competitive conference presentations. In the 2024-25 admissions cycle, each of our 18 high school seniors earned an average of 2-3 acceptances to Top-20 universities. We work with students across STEM, policy, humanities, and entrepreneurship, emphasizing real-world impact. Our model is college counseling by students who’ve done it, for students who are doing it.
