Courageous Therapy NJ was founded by Leidy Quispe LPC ACS and trauma healing expert, to help people break free from cycles of trauma, disconnection, and self-sabotage. Growing up in Colombia, Leidy saw firsthand how unhealed wounds shape lives. Her journey from trauma to healing inspired the creation of Courageous Therapy NJ, a practice committed to helping individuals and couples find clarity, connection, and confidence.
