About Cove Counseling Group

At Cove Counseling Group, we provide trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy for adults who are ready to heal deeply and reconnect with themselves. Founded by Diana Rabban, LCSW and Leah Aguirre, LCSW, our practice was built on the belief that healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships. With over a decade of combined experience, we bring deep expertise in trauma recovery, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy, as well as a shared commitment to inclusion, authenticity, and collaboration. Diana and Leah first met while working at a community-based mental health program supporting youth experiencing — and at risk of — homelessness. That experience shaped the foundation of Cove Counseling Group: a practice rooted in empathy, community, and the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can truly be seen and supported.
