We deliver sustainable yield, acquiring oil and gas assets with current cash flow, near-term upside, and long tails. Covenant is an oil and gas minerals, royalties, leasing, and non-op AFEs acquisition firm with significant capital resources, technical expertise, and a prolific track record of closing successful transactions--large and small. Our team's original focus since 2017 was the Permian Basin, with hundreds of deals closed. In 2022, we expanded beyond the Midland and Delaware to transact in the Haynesville, Western Haynesville, Shelby Trough, Anadarko, Eagle Ford, Appalachia, and Bakken with transaction value to-date of roughly $400mm across our various affiliate entities and partners. Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, we are a driven and diversified entrepreneurial team with over 100 years of collective industry experience.
