Grounded in 80 years of service history, we offer early and middle childhood education and care services to the families in our local communities. CECS is comprised of 5 children’s services, Carinya Early Childhood Centre, Cowra Family Day Care, CECS OOSH, Mobile Long Day Care and Mobile Preschool. We are Community based, not for profit meaning all funds are injected into the main purpose of the organisation - providing early and middle childhood education and care.
