The Community and Public Sector Union – State Public Services Federation (CPSU SPSF) is the national union for state public sector workers. We represent over 120,000 members across Australia working in state government roles – including justice, education, child protection, land and emergency management, housing, and more. State public sector workers keep our systems running, our communities safe, and our future sustainable. It's essentialy they're included in the national conversations that shape their work. We fight for strong, well-funded public services, fair conditions, and national coordination that supports the people who deliver essential services every day. CPSU SPSF is one of two groups of the broader Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU), alongside the PSU Group (Commonwealth sector).
