Specialist Arts and Heritage sector project managers with extensive experience working on National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) and Arts Council England (ACE) funded capital projects. Grant-funded capital projects, expertly managed from start to finish. Providing fully flexible development and delivery phase project management services for theatres, galleries, museums, cathedrals, grade 1 and 2 listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments. We also offer cost consultancy/quantity surveying, contract management, bid writing & evaluation services (including ACE and NLHF submissions), feasibility studies, business planning and exhibition design advice. Individuals on our team have worked in the ACE capital funding team and been monitors on the NLHF and ACE construction consultant frameworks. This means that as project managers we have unique insight into what these funders look for, their requirements and processes, so we know how to position projects for success, giving our clients the edge in a fiercely competitive funding environment.
