These include • Children’s Football Classes: We offer structured, fun, and engaging sessions for children of all abilities. These classes not only focus on football skills but also promote confidence, discipline, teamwork, and physical wellbeing. • Over-50s Walking Football Group: This initiative brings together older adults many of whom face isolation or health challenges and offers them a way to stay active, socialize, and maintain their physical and mental health. It’s more than just a game; it’s a lifeline for connection and routine. • New Scots Integration Program: We are especially proud of our work with asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants, helping them integrate into the community through football. Through regular training, matches, and social activities, CIC creates a welcoming environment where New Scots can build friendships, improve their English, develop skills. Girls-only football classes: This creates a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where girls can build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game without pressure. We believe in breaking down barriers to participation, promoting equality in sport.
