The Crater Criminal Justice Training Academy (CCJTA ) has been meeting and exceeding the full service training needs of individuals and agencies in the Central/South Central region of Virginia since 1975. We offer both Basic and In-Service training in the fields of: Law Enforcement, Jail Officer, Civil Process and Courtroom Security, Supervisor and Command Staff training as well as Dispatching, Animal Control and related Public Safety occupations. The Academy and its staff are committed to our motto, Professionalism through Training. Our Core values are: Professionalism, Integrity, Compassion and Fairness.
