About Cre8ive T3ch, LLC

Hello and thank you for visiting our LinkedIn page! Here at Cre8ive T3ch, we are a team of experienced project management professionals with expertise in as-built verifications, MEP & Structural systems analysis, cost estimating, construction documentation, permitting, material takeoffs, plans examination/QAQC, and much more in most Commercial & Residential Architectural industries. Project management is the core principle of our business, but we also provide services that are not typically conventional to a PM practice. This is due to the variety of services and skills we offer across a wide range of industry types and locations. Some of our projects include a national Mall Ownership requiring the demolition & re-demise of existing Tenant spaces for future tenant leasing. These projects vary per location, and some involve full coordination of MEP & Structural Engineering. We also work on large scale hospital projects and perform as-built field verifications of existing spaces across country for other local Architectural & Engineering businesses. Cre8ive T3ch has over 50 years combined experience in construction and over 100 years in combined project management and drafting experience. We have an amazing team and thrive on providing top quality services to our clients and caring about the success of the project from the start!
