Creality Studio runs the UK's speed-to-lead study. We email UK estate agents as a fake lead, time how long they take to reply, and publish the results. The average response time across the businesses we've tested is over 38 hours. Most of them have no idea how much that's costing them. For the ones that want to fix it, we rebuild their entire lead handling system in 30 days. Instant response alerts, CRM, booking flow, automated follow-up, live dashboard, and SOPs so their team can run it without the founder. Everything done for them. The founder is a final-year CS with AI student at the University of Nottingham. The system is built on Close CRM, Google Apps Script, and a custom email automation engine.
