About Creative Factory Middlesbrough Ltd

Creative Factory Middlesbrough is a transformative charity dedicated to supporting the growth of creative industries, digital innovation, and cultural regeneration in the Tees Valley. Through the capital purchase of a range of buildings (commercial and residential in the Tees Valley, initially in Middlesbrough), we aim to provide a sustainable and collaborative environment for artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs, while delivering strategic property solutions and fostering a creative ecosystem. This is a unique development to support the growth and sustainability of the creative sector.
