About Creative Family Connections

Founded in 2001, Creative Family Connections is a top-ranked boutique surrogacy agency and law team. Prospective parents from around the world choose to work with us for our proactive hands-on support and creative legal expertise. Because we are a top agency with a dedicated attorney team, we provide intended parents legal support in-house in most cases, and we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. We match parents to incredible gestational surrogates and offer high-touch support and solutions for everyone throughout the process. Through our rigorous surrogate pre-screening process, we only accept about 2% of candidates who apply. Our team handles the details, so that you can enjoy your journey! We are consistently ranked one of the best surrogacy agencies in the world by those who know us best – parents and surrogates who have been through a journey with us. During our 20-plus years of experience, our surrogacy attorneys have been pioneers in fighting for landmark rulings for LGBTQ+ parents. We are committed to being your best advocates. CFC is proud to provide pro bono and discounted services to support the mission of GPAP. Schedule a complimentary virtual consultation to meet with us!
