About CREDENCE Background Screening

CREDENCE BACKGROUND SCREENING (A Certn company) delivers a highly professional pre-employment screening service in consultation with our clients and offers the flexibility required to meet individual client needs. Flexibility starts with easy access and our web-based screening process is simple, secure and transparent. Our service works just like a menu. You can pick and choose each individual element, as required, to build up your own personalised screening package dependent upon the level of risk associated with the roles for which you are recruiting. Our easily accessible web-based system runs on secure password protected and encrypted servers. Only you, and nominated colleagues with access rights, can view, update, save or delete any part of the process. CREDENCE BACKGROUND SCREENING has been established in the UK since 1995. Originally offering both security consultancy and background screening services, the focus of our business today is purely background screening, including pre-employment screening and corporate due diligence. Our client base includes organisations from the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia and Australia and we service a wide range of industries including financial services, oil & gas, security, call centres, education and IT. Due to the nature of our clients we are regularly asked to conduct pre-employment screening throughout the world. We have multiple language skills in house and have access to overseas partners.
