Creed Solicitors also acts for both independent financial advisers and for people who have received bad financial advice, having experience in both bringing and defending complaints against independent financial advisers and making representations to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Where the financial adviser is insolvent, we can assist in bringing a claim to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
