CREMAC's primary activities include originating, servicing, and securitizing commercial mortgage loans. CREMAC is a direct lender. Our loan program provides permanent fixed rate commercial real estate loans for the acquisition or refinance of stabilized, income producing commercial real estate properties located in most market sectors, including small and medium markets for commercial mortgages over $3 million.
