About Crestbase (ALX24')

Crestbase is a property recommendation system that combines intelligent matching technology with a structured savings approach. Think of it as your personal real estate guide that actually understands your financial journey. Here’s what makes us different: 🏠 Smart Property Matching – Our recommendation system connects users to properties that genuinely align with their goals, budget, and timeline—not just random listings. 💰 Goal-Oriented Savings – Users save towards their property goals while earning up to 14% annual interest. Your money grows safely while you prepare for that next big step. 🤝 Verified Partnerships – We work with verified real estate companies and realtors, eliminating the trust gap that’s plagued African real estate for decades. 📱 Direct Lead Generation – Realtors receive high-intent buyers directly. No middlemen. No delays. Just real conversations that close deals. What We’ve Achieved Since our founding, we’ve: 1. Built a complete ecosystem spanning property sales, rentals, and our soon coming offering: leisure bookings for short lets, resorts, hotels, and event spaces 2. Helped realtors increase their sales by over 60% through quality lead generation 3. Created a trusted marketplace where users confidently get matched knowing every partner is verified. 4. Graduated from the ALX Ventures accelerator program, joining a community of Africa’s most innovative tech entrepreneurs. Our Vision We’re building more than a proptech company. We’re creating a movement where property ownership becomes accessible, transparent, and achievable for every African. Where saving towards your dream home is as easy as setting a goal. Where finding the right property doesn’t require luck—just the right system. To the realtors and real estate companies already partnering with us: thank you for believing in this vision. Your trust fuels our innovation.
