About Crewby

Crewby is an Australian recruitment and workforce support company specialising in entry-level FIFO. We help companies build stable, dependable crews by focusing on FIFO readiness, attitude, and long-term fit. We are not just filling roles. Our model combines competitive recruitment pricing with 12 months of ongoing candidate support, helping reduce early attrition and easing pressure on supervisors and HR teams. Unlike traditional agencies, Crewby doesn’t just place crew. We support people to settle into FIFO life, stay longer, and perform better on site. Why it works: Employers get dependable, site-ready crews. Workers get real support, structure, and longevity in the industry. Founded by people who live FIFO from both sides. On the rigs and at home. Crewby is setting a new standard for how FIFO workforces are built, supported, and retained across Australia. Queensland based | FIFO focused | Crew ready
