About CrewEats

As airline crew, we live this problem every day: how do you eat when there’s no time? Airports are busier than ever, and rising travel demand is a win for the entire industry. But with that growth comes a challenge: crews and airport employees now juggle shorter breaks, longer duty days, and food lines that move slower than a Ground Stop. Skipping meals became normal. Not by choice — by design. So we set out to fix it. CrewEats, powered by Flight-Linked Ordering™, is workforce infrastructure purpose-built for airports. CrewEats applies autonomous package-routing principles—used by Amazon and FedEx—to airport food delivery, replacing inefficient point-to-point movement with a structured, high-throughput logistics system designed for constrained environments. We solve an operational gap that shows up as gate holds, concourse congestion, workforce attrition, and catering fragility, all traced back to one root cause: the people who keep airports running can't access food during their operating windows. CrewEats closes that gap. We're not a food delivery app adapted for airports, we're logistics infrastructure designed for how airports actually work: security boundaries, constrained layouts, flight timing, and IROPS. Two patents pending. CrewEats connects airline crews, ramp agents, gate agents, TSA, and airport employees with airport restaurants — making food access simple, fast, and predictable. Pre-order and skip the line, or get meals delivered right to your gate, crew room, or break area. Whether you’re sprinting between flights or catching your breath after working a shift, we’ve got you covered. One app. Every airport. CrewEats isn’t tied to one terminal or one airport — it travels with you. One login. One account. Nationwide access. Your meal access now has better travel benefits than you do. Built by aviation professionals, for aviation professionals. Because no one should have to choose between eating and doing their job.
