About Critical Tech Solutions

Critical Tech Solutions designs and manufactures rapid-deploy surveillance towers, solar surveillance trailers, telescopic masts, and antenna masts for law enforcement, military, and public safety agencies across the United States. We are based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Every system is purpose-built, assembled, tested, and shipped by a team that understands what these agencies are up against in the field. Our flagship system is the RATT (Rapid All-Terrain Tower), a patented field-swappable mast that mounts to a hitch receiver, tripod, wall, or trailer. One mast. Any mount. Deploy it in minutes, relocate it the same way. No tools required. Our solar surveillance trailers come in three configurations: the FST-44, FXT-44, and FXT-46. All run 48V DC LiFePO4 lithium power systems with up to 1,000 watts of solar capacity. Every trailer ships with 256 GB onboard storage, 30-day cloud retention, and 12 months of included cloud access. No NVR. No camera server. No laptop required. Officers watch live from their phones. Every product we manufacture is NDAA and TAA compliant. No exceptions. We are an approved vendor on TIPS Contract #230105, which gives law enforcement agencies, public safety departments, and tribal governments across all 50 states direct procurement access with no competitive bid required. Technology partners include Motorola Solutions, Avigilon, Axis Communications, Hanwha Vision, Pelco, Silent Sentinel, Peplink, Sierra Wireless, and CamStreamer. Our platform is open ecosystem and ONVIF compliant, integrating with the cameras and VMS your agency already runs. From spring break crowd management on the Gulf Coast to marathon security in Knoxville to real-time crime center integrations nationwide. Our equipment is in the field, not sitting on a spec sheet. 2839 John Deere Drive | Knoxville, TN | criticalts.com
