About CrossFit Connect

Located on Hove seafront, our 5200sq ft facility is one of the biggest of its kind in the UK and we offer a vast array of private training programmes and group classes every week to suit all abilities. With no machines, no mirrors and no pretence we're a gym unlike what you're used to. Our facility is filled with a collection of equipment that will get you into the best shape of your life if you are prepared to work hard; pull-up rigs, kettlebells, sledges, barbells, ropes and even the odd tyre or two. We're about functional fitness, natural movements, healthy nutrition and top quality coaching every session. We're friendly, knowledgeable and have a member spirit like no traditional gym can offer, while continually striving to provide the best programming in the area. If you are interested in CrossFit and would like to learn more, please book a no-obligation informal chat which will take place at the facility with one of the team. We also have corporate wellness programmes from your business and staff members. <info@crossfitconnect.co.uk>
