I'm Dre - I've been doing CrossFit for four years, and coaching since 2018. I've been playing sports my whole life - soccer, basketball, swimming, running and skiing were my early passions. My favorite movement is the deadlift, whereas snatching is still one life's great mysteries to me. You can find me in the early morning classes - I'm the one always trying to sneak old-school disco tracks into our workout playlist. Official class clown of CFCV.
