About Crosspoint Developments

Crosspoint is a developer, investor and asset manager focused on modern, sustainable multi-let industrial and last-mile logistics projects across key Western European markets. We specialise in urban and edge-of-city locations, where connectivity, customer proximity and land scarcity create long-term value. Our name reflects this commitment: Crosspoint represents the intersection of commerce, connectivity and community. These are the places where businesses meet customers, supply chains link with infrastructure, and occupiers find the space to grow. Connection, flexibility and sustainability underpin everything we do — from site sourcing to design, development and long-term management.
