About Crossroads Counselling

Crossroads Counselling is a registered charity that provides long-term, low-cost, professional counselling for people on low incomes who live or work in Tower Hamlets who might otherwise not be able to access it. Our aim is to help our clients, through counselling, to face and understand the reasons for their mental and emotional difficulties, increasing their sense of mental and emotional well-being.
