About Crossroads Drum Major and Leadership Clinics

Drum Major and Leadership Clinic building tomorrow’s leaders today! Over twenty years ago, our founder, Dr. Doug Keiser, had a vision for a new kind of Drum Major camp: one that gave students real-life face-to-face instruction teaching them to be leaders of their bands, musically, organizationally, and socially both on and off the field. Unique from the very beginning, our camp has improved and evolved every year to offer students an even more individualized and personal experience.
